The year 2025 was a particularly busy one for TerrOïko. We conducted 46 studies, supported 30 regions across France, and collaborated with numerous stakeholders to place biodiversity at the heart of decision-making and projects. These initiatives reflect our commitment to turning scientific knowledge into concrete action.
Our work has encompassed a wide range of projects: 13 Black Grid projects, 16 Green and Blue Grid projects, 4 ERC strategies, as well as studies on 3 transportation infrastructure projects and 3 renewable energy projects.
2025 also saw the arrival of seven new hires: Orel Hacman, Lina MHIRI, Daho Nahla, Victor Sireyjol, Louis Morel, Martin Leusch. Their diverse backgrounds enrich the team and strengthen our ability to address regional challenges. They all share a common vision: to put science at the service of life.
Beyond the numbers and projects, TerrOïko in 2025 is, above all, a dedicated team, ambitious missions, and innovative tools to take action where biodiversity needs it most.
As 2025 comes to a close, we approach 2026 with ambition, determined to continue our commitment and to develop concrete solutions to protect biodiversity and support local communities in their projects.
